1. What is the Pixel Forge Studio Free Repair Policy?
Answer:
At Pixel Forge Studio, we offer a Free Repair Policy for any computer purchased from us within the first 14 calendar days. This policy covers hardware defects or malfunctions under normal use. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that damages resulting from physical accidents, improper use, or software issues are not covered.

2. How do I qualify for a refund?
Answer:
If your computer cannot be repaired within the 14-day free repair period, you may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued if the issue is deemed irreparable and falls under the coverage of our Free Repair Policy. Please ensure that all original components and accessories are returned with the computer to receive a refund.
3. How long will it take to repair my PC?
Answer:
We aim to complete repairs within 5 business days of receiving your computer. However, repair times may vary based on the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts. You will receive updates throughout the repair process.
4. What if my PC is damaged during shipping?
Answer:
If your PC arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. You’ll need to provide photos of the damage and packaging so that we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace any damaged items.
5. Can I return my PC for a refund?
Answer:
Yes, you can request a refund if the PC is deemed irreparable under our Free Repair Policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of confirming the issue is irreparable. The computer, along with all original accessories and components, must be returned to complete the refund process.
6. What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Answer:
If your shipment is lost and not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to locate the shipment and resolve the issue.
7. Do I need to back up my data before sending my PC in for repair?
Answer:
Yes, Pixel Forge Studio is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. We strongly recommend that you back up your data before sending your PC to us for repairs.
8. What is covered under the Free Repair Policy?
Answer:
Our Free Repair Policy covers hardware defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use. This includes issues with components like the CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, storage, etc. However, the policy does not cover damages caused by spills, drops, unauthorized repairs, or software issues (like virus infections or operating system errors).
