Repair and Refunds

At Pixel Forge Studio, we stand behind the quality of our custom-built computers and are committed to providing you with the best possible customer experience. Our Free Repair and Refund Policy ensures peace of mind for all our customers. Free Repair Policy Eligibility: Free repair is available for any computer purchased from Pixel Forge Studio within the first 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required to access this benefit. Coverage: This policy covers hardware defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use. Issues caused by improper use, physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or software-related problems are not covered under the free repair policy. Process: Customers must notify Pixel Forge Studio of the issue within the 14-day period by contacting our support team. The computer must be brought to our repair center or shipped to us (shipping fees may apply). Repair Timeline: We aim to diagnose and repair the issue within 5 business days of receiving the computer. However, repair times may vary based on the complexity of the issue and parts availability. Refund Policy Eligibility for Refund: If the computer cannot be repaired within the 14-day free repair period, customers are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will only be issued if our team determines that the issue is irreparable and covered under the free repair policy. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days of confirming the computer is irreparable. Customers are required to return the computer, including all original components and accessories, in order to receive a refund. Exclusions Damage caused by accidental spills, drops, or other user-related incidents. Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or modifications. Software issues, including but not limited to operating system errors, virus infections, or software crashes. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for backing up their data before bringing the computer in for repair. Pixel Forge Studio is not liable for data loss during the repair process. Shipping Policy

At Pixel Forge Studio, we aim to deliver your custom-built computers with efficiency and care. Please review our shipping policy for orders placed outside the Central Illinois area. Shipping Costs Eligibility for Shipping Costs: Orders placed outside the Central Illinois area are subject to shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address, package size, and weight at checkout. Payment of Shipping Fees: Customers are required to pay the applicable shipping fees at the time of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the shipment is lost or damaged during transit. Delivery Timeline Processing Time: Orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing and preparation before shipment. Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery will take an estimated 5-7 business days for the PC to arrive at the specified address. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
